What is Cosmelan MD?
Cosmelan MD is a mask that is applied to your face and is left on for 8 to 12 hours depending on your skin type. The mask is removed at home with water and a neutral cleanser is then applied. This is followed by a home maintenance program which consists of daily applications of the Cosmelan maintenance cream. This cream is applied about 2 or 3 times per day, for the first couple of weeks, then once daily. A maintenance bleaching regimen and a good sunscreen are used thereafter to maintain your results.
